I begin with an overview of what I can offer to you from the different facets of my work and life. The thread that underpins everything I do is my passion for fostering your fullest potential and creativity.
I do that primarily through my own unique coaching style and my Luminary teachings. Both are created from my vast experience as a Chief Executive, consultant, feminist, leadership developer, teacher, poet, priestess and spiritual inquirer.
I have experimented with various forms of liberating leadership, and self-awareness, approaches for over 40 years. I introduce the different aspects of my work on this home page with links to more information. I include feedback from my clients and students. Enjoy.

Executive Coaching
I am now a freelance executive coach. My clients are Chief Executives, Chairs or senior managers from the education, charity, spiritual, health and sport sectors; as well as private sector organisations.
I have been coaching others since 1998 as well as receiving extensive coaching from top coaches. I am a certified coach in the Network-Analytics school, and offer both individual and senior team coaching. I have developed my own Immersion Coaching Experience. I draw on the Enneagram, as a coaching tool when appropriate.

Enneagram
The Enneagram is a system of personality typing, with nine personality types. I have found it to be an invaluable tool for individual and team understanding and effectiveness.
I have worked with the Enneagram as a Chief Executive and as an Enneagram consultant. I have used the Enneagram in a range of charities and with boards of private companies; involving over 500 people. I have trained with some of the most respected Enneagram teachers in the world.

Feminist Leadership
I offer two strands of work, Understanding Feminisms and Feminist Leadership.
I am a life long feminist and was a full time activist during second wave feminism in the 80s. I taught women’s studies and was engaged in many different campaigns as an intersectional feminist. I have always had a strong commitment to inclusion and diversity, and have led overtly with feminist principles.

I have been writing poetry all my life and have published three collections of poetry;

My individual poems and songs have been published in a range of magazines and anthologies.
Publications
While very pragmatic and practical, I also enjoy academic study and explorations. My Professional Doctorate is in leading high spirited, high performing organisations. My MSc is in the leadership of change. Several books and articles have been published on my impact and success as a leader.
