The Enneagram
The Enneagram has enthralled and fascinated me for over 30 years.
I am an Enneagram type 8, with 7 wing, social. You can see me being interviewed on Conscious TV
The Enneagram is a system of personality typing, with nine personality types.
It helps us to see the patterns in how people interpret the world, and is an invaluable tool for individual and team understanding and effectiveness. The purpose of the Enneagram is not to put you into a box, but to help you identify both the strengths and the limitations of your world view and to guide you on how to go beyond it.
My Experience working with The Enneagram
I have worked with the Enneagram in a wide range of different organisations involving over 500 people. It has created significant change and improvements in teams and individuals.
I have trained with the most respected Enneagram teachers in the world, including Don Riso, Russ Hudson, Helen Palmer, David Daniels, Sandra Maitri, Almaas and Ginger Lapid-Bogda.
I draw on the Enneagram within the Goddess Luminary Wheel training at the request of my students who have found it to be an invaluable complement to their leadership and personal development.
It is a major tool in my coaching which I use as appropriate.
